This was my very first time purchasing my own home, and I had no idea what I was doing. Kathy took me under her wing and helped me through every step of the process. She advocated for me, protected me from any wrong doing or potentially risky experiences, and she made sure that the house I bought was the perfect place for me. She was extremely patient and dilegent in her work. She was up front with any concerns she had, and she made sure to listen to the things I was wanting in a home. This real estate purchase was a very challenging transaction, in mulitple ways. With her abundant energy, professionalism and perserverance, she successfull navigated and managed a 4 state business transaction. I live in New Hampshire, my bank USAA is in Texas, the property in Ilinois and Title company in Iowa. She met various challenges: Bank hesitation due to "dual zoning,commerical and residential", the slowness and poor communications from Title company and seller's realtor. I'm confident, without Kathy's remarkable professionalism, positivity and persistence I would not have completed this purchase.
